How do I apply the oils?

All essential oils may be diffused through the air, applied topically directly over the heart, to the Vita Flex points on the feet, to the brainstem on the back of the neck, around the outside of ears, added to bathwater, or simply inhaled through the nostrils.

FOR EXAMPLE, you may have had a long day at work and need to relax. You can apply 2-3 drops of an oil such as Peace & Calming directly to the bottom of the feet. There are so many reflex points on the bottom of the feet which allow the oils to be absorbed through electrical pathways traveling to the nervous system. This results in physical and mental relaxation. Some of the effects include a decreased heart rate, uplifted mood, and a sense of well being.

How are Essential Oils different?
